We encourage students to contact our Student Loan Counseling Department to discuss the options that are available, or contact your loan servicer. Interest will not accrue on federally held student loans, beginning on March 13, 2020, for both current and out-of-school students. As of right now all repayment of Federal Loans have been placed on an automatic deferment, without interest accruing through September 30th, 2020. The Department of Education may extend that period, depending on the status of the COVID-19 emergency.

If you were approved and eligible for Financial Aid, but never started, all funds are left in an estimated status. Federal student aid will not be disbursed until campus operations resume.

Online courses will still be based off clock hours. Your financial aid eligibility will not change from on campus courses that were being offered online.
